Spaghetti Casserole


  • 1 10x15 baking dish
  • 1 Pkg. of regular spaghetti (Broke on half, 1/2 cooked)
  • 1 Lb. ground beef or 99% Fat Free Turkey Meat
  • 1 Lg. Prego Spaghetti Sauce (The plastic containers with the gripper thing-a-ma-jig, or two 26 oz. Huntz sugar free cans)
  • 1 Sm. Onion Diced (Optional)
  • 8-10 in. Cubes of fat-free Cheese (Optional)


    1) Pre-heat over to 400 degrees
    2) Cook meat thoroughly.
    3) Spray Pam in dish
    4) Add meat, sauce, onions and spaghetti to dish. Stir up and place the cubes of cheese randomly in mixture. Cover with foil and put in oven until bubbles

    Note: You can actually use your left over spaghetti to do this. Just take your leftovers (you may have to add ingredients to make it a meal), add diced onions and cubed cheese (opt.) then put in oven until you see it bubbling
